Cruel.

Your job is not to fix humanity.

Your job is to stay regulated inside it.

Disgust is powerful.

It evolved to protect you from contamination.

When you read about exploitation or abuse, your body reacts like something toxic entered your environment.

Because psychologically, it did.

It means you metabolize it.

You do not have to solve the globe.

You can stabilize your radius.

  1. Does global chaos trigger childhood instability?

  2. Do I feel responsible for preventing harm?

  3. Do I equate vigilance with safety?

  4. What would healthy disengagement look like?

  5. What part of me feels unsafe relaxing?

Humanity is complicated.

There is beauty.
There is brutality.

You are allowed to hold both.

Grow your own luck by strengthening your nervous system so you can stay engaged without collapsing.

Regulation is not apathy.
